Shipping Policy

We currently ship across the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as to Canada. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to other international destinations at this time due to regulations concerning the alcohol content in perfumes.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for handling and packing. After your order has shipped, delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3-5 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, delivery may take 5-8 business days, and for Canada, 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping times may be extended during launch periods due to high demand.

Tracy Anderson Fragrance provides Passport Standard Shipping for orders within Canada. Duties and Taxes are now calculated in the cart and paid at checkout so your shipment will experience smooth sailing on its way to you without delays, and there are no surprise charges upon arrival. All orders are DDP, with the customer paying all duties and taxes when your order is placed. Rates are calculated based on destination zip code and weight + duties & taxes. 

 

Return Policy

We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, we are unable to process returns. However, if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged and you purchased our shipping insurance at checkout (ShipCheck), we will provide a replacement or a refund.
